In summer, with a rise in the temperature of our surroundings, our internal body temperature also rises. As a result, it leads to dehydration, tiredness, irritation, and restlessness. This raises the need for nutrition by a notch. However, the summer heat does a foul play in bringing down our appetite. To cool down our body’s temperature, we prefer to drink water, juice, or other drinks (preferably with ice).
